    The People Behind the Shine

A home is never cared for by a company. It is cared for by people — their attention, their judgment, and the standard they hold when no one is watching.

Family-owned in San Antonio since 2017. The name on the company belongs to the people accountable for the work.

    The Craft

    Skilled roles, not interchangeable labor.

Different work asks for different training. These are the disciplines that make up a Diamond Shine team.

    Home Preservation Specialists

The people who carry the standard into the home. They are trained on materials, sequence, and presentation — not only on tasks — because the result depends on judgment as much as effort.

    Restoration Technicians

Carpet, tile and grout, hard flooring and odor work require different methods, different equipment, and the discipline to know when a surface can be renewed and when it cannot.

    Presentation & Market-Ready Team

Homes headed to photography, showings, or a final walkthrough are prepared by people who understand what a buyer notices in the first sixty seconds.

    Client Care & Coordination

Scheduling, preferences, access, follow-up and documentation. Much of what makes service feel effortless happens before anyone arrives.

What Our People Are Responsible For

Four things we hold ourselves to.

    • Trust

Entering a home is a privilege. Our people are selected for character first and trained for craft second.

    • Materials

Knowing what a surface is made of — and what it can tolerate — protects the home from well-intentioned damage.

    • Presentation

The finish is the part you see. Alignment, order and detail are treated as skilled work, not an afterthought.

    • Consistency

Documented preferences and shared standards mean the result does not change with the schedule.

    Join the Team

We are always interested in people who notice details.

If care, precision, and pride in finished work describe how you already operate, we would like to hear from you.
