The $995 annual fee covers the defined privileges for one residence for 12 months from verified activation. The Art of Welcome Home presentation and Floor Fragrance application are each limited to once per calendar month, up to 12 uses of each during the term, with a separately paid cleaning visit and advance arrangement. Weekly and biweekly care do not increase these allowances. There is no separate complimentary trip. The written offer identifies up to three included, accessible standard beds to be professionally made with towel swans and a Welcome Home card; approved floor areas follow your agreed cleaning scope. Clients supply all clean, ready-to-use linens and bedding, plus two freshly washed and ironed bath towels and two freshly washed and ironed hand towels per prepared room. Used linens go in the designated basket only: no loading or operating washers or dryers, washing, drying, ironing, stain treatment or clothing care. Delicate textiles, difficult-access beds, additional beds and custom decorative requests require a separately agreed scope and price. Choose any available current-collection fragrance before the included application at no scent-tier surcharge. Additional applications, reapplication after a completed service, custom sourcing, flowers, gifts, cleaning, restoration, outside vendors and Private Concierge services are separately quoted and require approval. Suitability follows floor and product guidance; no product is suitable for every surface. If an application is unsuitable or declined, no replacement credit is created. Planning is not a licensed inspection. Unused monthly benefits expire rather than accumulate, and unused annual benefits do not roll over or convert to cash. Membership does not renew automatically. Overlapping priority privileges do not multiply or guarantee appointments. Applicable tax and cancellation or refund terms are stated in the written offer before payment. An inquiry does not enroll or charge you.
Existing invitations and memberships retain their written price and benefits. We review your own offer before confirming an included visit.
For each prepared room, provide all clean bedding and linens, plus two bath towels and two hand towels already washed and ironed, laid out before arrival. Show us the designated basket for used linens. Washing, drying, ironing and clothing care are not offered. Water and mints are included with residential cleaning visits for all clients, whether or not they join the Society.
