The $65 experience covers professional preparation of up to three agreed, accessible standard beds, towel swans, a personal card and your choice of regular mints, chocolate mints or no refreshments during a paid cleaning visit. Provide all clean linens and bedding. For each prepared room, leave two bath towels and two hand towels, freshly washed and ironed, on the bed before we arrive. We place used linens in your designated basket. Design and final scope are agreed in advance; additional beds are quoted separately. Laundry and ironing are not included.

For flowers or anything special, contact us personally; arrangements depend on availability, preparation time and what our team can provide. Standard water and wrapped mints are already included with residential cleaning. Premium water and florals have separate agreed sourcing, delivery and presentation costs. Refreshments stay factory sealed and shelf stable, with ingredient and allergen information available. Tell us what to include or omit; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Placement and substitutions are confirmed with you.

Yes. New $995 annual Society memberships include the full Art of Welcome Home experience for up to three agreed standard beds, professionally made with your linens, and towel swans once per calendar month during a paid cleaning visit, up to 12 uses per term. You provide all linens, bedding and two bath towels and two hand towels per prepared room, all washed and ironed. One Floor Ritual fragrance application is also included monthly, subject to suitable floors and your preference. Cleaning visits, additional beds, florals and Arrival Collection arrangements are separately priced. Existing members keep their accepted fee and terms; we verify the available benefit before service.
