Restore freshness, improve appearance, and protect the carpeted spaces you live in.
Professional extraction and property-specific treatment for heavily used carpet, pet-related concerns, embedded soil, visible traffic patterns, and interior presentation needs.

Extraction, not just surface cleaning.
- Traffic lanes and repeated foot paths
- Embedded soil beyond routine vacuuming
- Pet accidents and pet-related concerns
- Lingering interior freshness concerns
- Spot history from prior treatments
- Move-in uncertainty about prior occupants
- Market-ready presentation before listing
Every step is discussed before we begin.
A considered plan before service day.
01 / Share the details
Tell us about the spaces.
Include rooms, hallways, closets and stairs; approximate sizes; whether the home is empty or furnished; and any pet concerns or previous treatments. Photos help us understand the condition. Please keep people, documents and valuables out of view.
02 / Agree on the care
Know what is included.
We review the request personally. Before work begins, a signed agreement sets out the areas, treatment, price, payment terms and responsibilities. Repairs, replacement and services outside that scope are not included. Any additional work needs your written approval.
03 / Plan the visit
Leave room for drying.
Share your preferred date and any moving or hosting deadline. We confirm availability, access, furniture handling and a suitable drying plan with you. Sending a request does not reserve a date or take a payment.
04 / Review the result
Finish with clear aftercare.
Review the agreed areas with us, discuss any remaining marks or concerns, and follow the drying and aftercare guidance for your carpet. For an unoccupied home, agree on how completion will be reviewed before the visit.
A focused approach — with honest limits.
What we do
We identify affected areas, apply approved pet-focused treatment, and use professional extraction to improve appearance and freshness of the carpet surface.
What we don't promise
We do not promise urine removal, permanent odor elimination, subfloor decontamination, or padding restoration. Sources beyond the carpet surface may require replacement or specialty remediation.
Proper drying protects the result.
- Keep HVAC and ventilation running
- Use ceiling or portable fans where possible
- Limit foot traffic while carpet is damp
- Protect furniture with tabs or blocks when returned
- Watch indoor humidity — reduce where possible
Freshly extracted carpet must dry correctly. Insufficient airflow can contribute to lingering or returning odors.

Explore Market-ReadyWhat restoration can and cannot do.
- Permanent stains, dye loss, bleach spots, or damaged fibers may not fully release.
- Odor sources beneath carpet, in padding, subfloor, walls, or HVAC are beyond cleaning scope.
- Results vary by material, age, prior treatment, source, severity, and condition.
- Diamond Shine does not repair structural damage, replace flooring, or guarantee total stain or odor removal.
