Some details are noticed at the doorway. Others emerge after you have put down your keys and settled back into the room. The White Glove Floor Ritual is an optional finishing detail within that homecoming: a fragrance enhancement considered alongside the cleaning scope, the floor itself and your personal preference.
Begin with the care, then consider the finish
The fragrance application is an enhancement to an agreed residential cleaning visit. The underlying work still begins with the areas to be cleaned and the appropriate care for their materials. Your concierge confirms floor suitability and the final scope before the enhancement is included.
Fragrance is a preference, not evidence that a surface has been cleaned. It also does not take the place of evaluating a persistent odor. If an odor is the concern, describe its location and history so the team can discuss the appropriate existing service.
The charge covers professional application during your agreed cleaning visit. No bottle, refill or take-home product is sold or included. Fragrance is noticeable during mopping and naturally softens as floors dry. Illustrative botanicals represent fragrance notes, not the product’s ingredient list.
Le Jardin de Lilian — Mint & Citrus
Our Signature fragrance direction pairs mint and citrus with soft woods. Its character is bright and botanical, with a gently wooded finish. The professional application enhancement is +$30 per eligible visit.
Use that description as a conversation starter. The experience of a fragrance is personal, and the right choice is the one you want in your own home. You are welcome to ask about the product before choosing.
La Veillée Leal — Saffron & Amberwood
Our Reserve fragrance direction brings together saffron, jasmine and amberwood. Its character is warm, with floral depth and a softly wooded base. The professional application enhancement is +$35 per eligible visit.
This is an optional part of the visit, not a requirement of the White Glove Standard™. The cleaning scope and attention to your home remain the basis of the service whether you choose a fragrance enhancement or decline it.
Le Salon de Lilian — Rose & Vanilla
Rose and freesia soften a leafy opening, with vanilla, patchouli, ambroxan and soft woods bringing warmth to the fragrance profile. Le Salon de Lilian — Rose & Vanilla is our named selection for professional application of Lapew’s Sì scented mop soap; it is not a proprietary Diamond Shine formula.
Le Salon de Lilian — Rose & Vanilla is available at +$30 per eligible visit. We confirm your service date, floor suitability and fragrance preference before adding it to the final approved quote. A request does not confirm a booking or charge.
Your preference belongs in the plan
- Tell us which fragrance direction interests you, or choose no added fragrance enhancement.
- Share household fragrance preferences and any product restrictions before the visit.
- Point out delicate flooring, recent refinishing or manufacturer care requirements.
- Have the enhancement and any associated charge confirmed in your final quote.
Carry the preference into future visits
A well-kept household record can be simple: the fragrance direction you selected, the areas agreed, and anything you would like adjusted next time. If you prefer to skip the enhancement on a future visit, tell your concierge.
Private residence stewardship is built through these small, practical conversations. The aim is a home that feels considered in ways that are useful to the people who live there, without making each visit another set of decisions to manage.
